I am an Oklahoma Bad Faith Insurance Attorney. I was born and raised in OK City. I was raised by my mother, who worked for Southwestern Bell for 43 years, from her strong work ethic she taught me the value of hard work and honesty.

I graduated high school from Putnam City (1978). I attended Oklahoma State University and then graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma (1983) with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. While in college I played on the college golf team. I completed my Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University (1992).

My law practice began in 1992, by representing individuals against large corporations and insurance companies and still do today.

My biggest enjoyment in practicing law is representing people to help them obtain what they deserve. There isn’t a corporation or insurance company too big to battle.  I have  litigated against every major insurance company, as well as many large corporations such as Wal Mart, Quick Trip, The State of OK and other local government agencies.

Currently, my practice is focused on insurance disputes, personal injury and workers' compensation related issues. Relating specifically to disputes with one’s individual insurance company or another’s insurance company, extended warranty issues, even car dealers that have treated people unfairly.

I am married to my wonderful wife Marni and we have one son, Dawson.
